What is a General Cool Off?
A General Cooling-Off period gives you the possibility to exclude yourself from gaming. Once you begin your time out, you will not be able to use your account for gaming, although you will still be able to log in to withdraw any remaining balance. No deposits can be made during a general cooling-off period.
Time out option is available for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days. The Cooling Off period is applied to your account immediately.
