# Why was full bonus not credited after completing wager?

There is a maximum bonus amount that can be transferred to your real balance after wagering. The maximum amount that will be transferred to your real money account after wagering cannot exceed the bonus multiplied by a certain multiplier that depends on the specific promotion you agreed to. To find more information about the specific promotion you agreed to, press on the details button of that promotion (every promotion has its own multiplier amount in the bonus T&C). 

Thus, the maximum bonus amount is calculated as per this formula: 
Bonus amount x Multiplier/Wager

| Example: You received  €100 bonus with wager 10x. In this case, the maximum bonus you can receive after the wagering will be 100x10 = €1000.
