# I made a deposit but the funds did not credit to my account. What should I do?

You made a deposit but the funds did not arrive in your Betmaster account? 

This could be due to the following:

1. Your transaction is still in process - Funds were debited from you but yet not reached us. Sometimes transactions do not process instantly and may take 1-2 hours.  

2. Your transaction has failed - Funds were debited from you but never reached us as the transaction fails in between.
