Why do I need to verify my account?
In order to comply with our gaming license and for security reasons, we verify the identity of our players at different stages in time. This helps us ensure that you have reached the age of majority, you are the true owner of the account, and to prevent possible fraudulent activities.

Alternatively, if you wish to verify your account before such documents are requested, you can do so by clicking on the “Verification” tab in the Profile section of your account. You will be able to upload all necessary documents to complete the verification process using this feature.
The uploaded documents will be checked automatically by the system. During this time you can track the status of your verification, and will receive an update after some time once the documents are successfully checked.
Types of Accepted Documents:
Following are the type of documents that are accepted:
Identification Documents – Passport, National ID, Driver’s License, Residence Permit.
Proof of Address – Utility Bills, Bank Statements, Government Issued letters. The documents should not be older than 6 months.
What additional documents can be requested?
In some cases, additional documents may be requested to pass the verification.
For example:
Payment confirmations - Credit/Debit Card - Bank Statements.
Source of Wealth - Payslips, Income Statement, Company Bank Statements.
Source of Funds - Statement from Investment Exchange, Payslips, Bonus Statement, Inheritance, Life Insurance Payouts, Savings, etc.
Even if you have completed the verification on the website previously, additional documents may be required at different stages in time, or we may re-request some documents to keep your account info up to date. In this case, our Support team will inform you via live chat or email about the documents needed to complete the process.
