# How do I close my account?

We are sorry to see you go :(

If you wish to close your Betmaster account, you can reach out to our Support team via Live Chat or Email.

Alternatively, you may also set limits on your account. As a Responsible Gambling compliant organization, we care for our customers and offer more control of your account than ever before.

By visiting our Responsible Gaming section, you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits as well as cool-off periods from 24 hours up to 90 days.  Additionally, we can close your account for any specified period of time.
